Important information - New Portal from 30th January

Following our recent communication relating to the go live of our new portal, we have encountered an unforeseen complication that means we need to delay the launch until 30th January 2024. Full details of the new portal will be sent out to you in due course, but rest assured we are working hard behind the scenes to make sure the new portal delivers a whole host of exciting new features, including a search function, DNA and no contact notifications, plus many more!

Before we can go live with our new platform, we will need you to check your therapist details and that they can access the new portal. Access will be by multi factor authentication using their email address during the process. We are aiming to give you access to the new Unity portal to complete this task on or around the 23rd January 2024. An updated user guide will detail the additional functionality in the new portal and this will be available in due course.
